ELANCER Japan operates ELANCER, a matching platform that connects expert IT professionals and companies across borders. To grow further in the Japanese market, we are looking for a Chief Sales Officer to build the sales organisation and drive growth in measurable terms. As part of the leadership team, you will own sales strategy from planning through execution and team building.
What you will do
・Planning and executing sales strategy; designing and managing revenue and KPIs
・Winning new corporate clients; developing alliances and partnerships
・Building the sales organisation - hiring, developing and managing the team
・Working with marketing and product to build a system that maximises won business
・Contributing to business planning and decisions as part of the leadership team

Requirements
【Required】
・A solid track record in B2B sales or business development
・Experience managing a sales organisation, including team building and target management
・Someone committed to growth who can make decisions from a management perspective

・IT／Experience in staffing, SaaS or matching businesses
・Experience launching or scaling a startup or a new business line
・Experience working globally or in English
Terms
Employment type：Full-time
Expected salary：6000,000-20,000,000（Includes base salary and incentives. The figure is set considering your experience, ability and track record.)
Incentives：An incentive scheme tied to sales results and contribution to the business
Stock options：Introduction and grants are under consideration, taking into account business growth, company circumstances and individual contribution
