Through our registration form, we collect your name, role, email address, telephone number, date of birth, earliest available start date, and information about the projects you are seeking.
In the course of interviews and service delivery, we may also collect information such as your professional background, skills, and preferred working conditions.

We use personal information within the scope of the following purposes.

- Confirming your registration details, scheduling interviews, and other communications
- Proposing candidates to client companies
- Contract procedures, engagement management, and contract renewals

3. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except where permitted by law.
When we present information to a client company in the course of proposing a project, we do so in a form that excludes your name, contact details and other identifying information. Identifying information is disclosed only with your consent.
Where we propose an overseas project, we may provide information to a client company located outside Japan. This is also done only with your prior consent.
4. Outsourcing
We may outsource the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor.
5. Security measures
To prevent leakage, loss or damage to personal information and to otherwise manage it securely, we maintain internal rules, train our personnel, control access, and encrypt communications.
6. Retention period
We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Once retention is no longer necessary, we delete it without delay.
7. Cookie and transmission to external parties
Our website uses cookies and browser local storage to understand how the site is used, measure advertising effectiveness and improve our services, and transmits some browsing information to the external providers listed below. This information alone does not identify any individual.
- GoogleAnalytics (Google LLC)：CookieTransmits cookie identifiers, the URLs of pages viewed, referrer, device and browser information, and IP address. Used to analyse site usage and improve our services.
- GoogleTag Manager / Google Ads (Google LLC)：CookieTransmits cookie identifiers, advertising click identifiers, the URLs of pages viewed, and whether an enquiry or registration was completed. Used to deliver advertising and measure its effectiveness.
We also store information about the referrer and route by which you first reached our website in your browser's local storage for 90 days. When you submit an enquiry or registration, we receive that information together with what you entered. It is used to measure the effectiveness of individual initiatives and is not provided to external parties.
Information you enter in our forms is received and managed by us using cloud services provided by Google LLC.
Cookie can be refused through your browser settings. If you do so, some features of our website may not be available. Transmission of information by Google Analytics can be disabled using the opt-out add-on provided by Google. Information stored in local storage can be erased by clearing your browser's browsing data.
