After earning a master's degree in engineering from Korea University, he worked in research and development as an IT engineer at the Daewoo Heavy Industries central laboratory. He then completed the Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and founded ELANCER in 2000.
He leads one of the world's largest IT expert platforms, with over 410,000 registered professionals and cumulative project value exceeding 110 billion yen, and is driving expansion into global markets including Japan.
He has received government honours including a Minister's Award from the Ministry of Information and Communication, and is recognised as an entrepreneur shaping the IT and DX talent market.
Kaneyoshi SaitoKaneyoshi Saito
After graduating from Hitotsubashi University in law and economics, he joined Nippon Credit Bank (now Aozora Bank), serving as branch manager in Seoul and Aoyama, and working in finance and international business across Japan and Korea.
He then joined the SoftBank Group, holding executive roles including CFO and auditor at SoftBank Publishing, SoftBank Media & Marketing and ITmedia, with a broad track record in management, financial strategy, M&A and corporate governance.
He currently serves as CEO of ELANCER Japan Inc., leading financial strategy.
Ryoya HamadaRyoya Hamada
He graduated from Kansai University, where he played on the university football team and pursued a professional career until the age of 23. He then studied in London.
2020 he joined Fujitsu Limited, working on DX and new business development projects for major trading houses and logistics companies, supporting operational reform and business creation through digital technology.
He later founded his own company, working end to end - from digital marketing strategy through execution and growth support - for clients ranging from large enterprises to startups, and from foreign-owned to Japanese firms.
2026 he became COO of ELANCER Japan Inc. He oversees the Japanese business and drives the rollout of the ELANCER platform in Japan, leading the build of a global platform that links companies at home and abroad with high-calibre IT professionals, and working to create a new expert talent market between Japan and the rest of the world.
