ELANCER, a global IT talent matching platform, begins operating in Japan
ELANCER Japan Inc., which operates the global IT talent matching platform ELANCER, began full service in Japan on 1 January 2026. Building on years of accumulated experience and know-how, we connect Japanese IT engineers and consultants with companies, and advance talent matching across borders.
Background
DX and the acceleration of AI have driven sharp growth in demand for highly skilled IT engineers and consultants in Japan as well. At the same time, it remains difficult for companies to secure the people they need, and for specialists to find work that matches their skills.
ELANCER is a global platform that has supported matching between IT professionals and companies for many years, creating countless freelance placements and projects. We have brought that experience to the Japanese market to offer a new option: using talent from beyond national borders.
What we offer in Japan
Through ELANCER, we provide the following in Japan.
