The building connects directly to Kamiyacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and is within walking distance of Onarimon Station (Toei Mita Line) and Roppongi-itchome Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku Line).
Why Toranomon
Toranomon is where foreign companies and embassies cluster, and where businesses from Japan and abroad cross paths. Our work centres on sourcing IT talent across borders, so travel to and from overseas offices and clients is a routine part of what we do.
Good access to Haneda Airport and short journeys to the main business districts suit that pattern. We also wanted somewhere easy for visiting clients to reach.
Growing the business
We began operating in Japan in 2026. Building on 26 years of talent and project data accumulated across the group, we connect 410,000 IT professionals in Japan and abroad with companies.
This move responds to the need for a larger team. We are adding matching coordinators, securing meeting space for corporate clients, and strengthening how we work with our overseas offices.
We will continue to support our clients' businesses through a model that secures the skills they need, only for as long as they need them.
