Launching our internship programme
ELANCER Japan Inc. has launched an internship programme and begun accepting students from Japan and abroad. We are building an organisation where diverse talent gathers across borders, and will continue to welcome global talent through both internships and hiring.
Background
DX and the acceleration of AI have made IT professionals who work across borders increasingly important. For a company operating a talent matching platform between Japan and Korea, bringing together people with different backgrounds and values is a major driver of growth.
The internship programme is how we put that conviction into practice.Our first intern is a student from Harvard University.We will widen the programme to a broader range of people in Japan and abroad.

- Expanding the internship programme and recruiting motivated students
- Strengthening graduate and mid-career hiring to support the growth of the business
- Welcoming global talent with diverse backgrounds from Japan and abroad
ELANCER offers freelance engineers and consultants a wide range of work, including projects paying from 500,000 to 2,000,000 yen a month, AI projects and global engagements. Behind that business, we will keep building an environment where a diverse team can take on challenges together.
