ELANCER Japan Inc. is recruiting 100 additional consultants and engineers who want to work on global projects, or on projects where English is an asset. Using our global network, we will open new opportunities for professionals who want to work across borders and languages.
Background
DX and the acceleration of AI have driven sharp growth in demand for highly skilled IT engineers and consultants. At the same time, as companies expand internationally, demand for people who can work across borders and languages is rising further、, yet the chances for such people to find work that matches their skills remain limited.
In response, we are creating opportunities on overseas projects as well as domestic ones, so that consultants and engineers can widen their own career and life options. Through partnerships with companies abroad, we actively support participation in global projects.
