Background
Globalisation, digital transformation and AI are changing both how consultants and engineers build their careers, and how companies plan their talent strategy. Independence, freelancing, founding a company, working abroad, taking on side projects. The options keep widening, yet practical information you can actually make decisions with remains scattered.

About ELSE
ELSE publishes information you can use to make decisions, covering careers, technology, organisation and overseas markets. It is written for consultants and engineers, whether employed or freelance, and for companies operating internationally.
