ELANCER Japan Inc. has appointed a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) as the business grows.
Background
We began operating in Japan in 2026, and enquiries from corporate clients have been increasing. The difficulty of securing IT talent now spans every industry, and we frequently hear from companies that want to secure specific skills on a project basis.
In response, we have brought in a CSO to lead the sales organisation.
What we will do next
We will refine how we understand a client's requirements and propose the right people. In particular, we are building the capacity to handle enquiries that arrive before the requirements are settled.
We will also make more companies aware of what we do best: widening the search beyond Japan when the domestic hiring market cannot meet a requirement.
